Using cloud-based software, Standard puts the power of inventory replenishment into the hands if its customers (literally). Any mobile device can be used to place orders, reducing paperwork and time. When orders are generated from the point of use, Standard can offer reports that give real time information of usage and the overall spend for that area. Customers then have the option to input production numbers, giving a “cost per unit” that can be used as a benchmark for future production.
